When selecting sampling processing or averaging processing, write the setting
to buffer memory address 9 (Un\G9).

When you selected averaging processing, select the average time, average
count, move average or primary delay filter.

To make the setting valid, the operating condition setting request (Y9) must be
turned ON/OFF. (Refer to Section 3.3.2.)

By default, sampling processing is set for all channels.
