Call Features

These are features than can be set or accessed on your phone via the Menu soft
key and Call Features option.

Receiving a Call

When you receive a call only four soft keys are active:
Answer
Forward
Answer
Forward
Basic
Allows ring tone, screen contrast and wallpaper
to be set and Bluetooth to be activated for
suitable headsets. Time and Date are
automatically set and updated. Advanced
settings are not available on this phone.
Most of these functions are disabled as the functionality is
controlled from the portal website. However, Call Forward can
be set which activates the 'Divert all Calls' function, see full
description in Section 4.1.
This can be enabled or disabled by tapping the appropriate
radio button. See Section 4.3
You can use Auto Answer to automatically answer an incoming
call on a line. Auto Answer is configurable on a per-line basis.
Auto Answer is only applicable when there is no other call in
progress on the phone.
This displays allocated DSS keys. These must not be
configured on the telephone but only via the portal website
Line Monitoring function. See Section 4.3
Treatment of incoming anonymous calls. Do not set locally,
but use the privacy settings on the portal website.
Not available.
You can enable auto redial to redial the phone number
automatically when the called party is busy. You can also
configure the times settings for auto redial and the time to
wait between redial attempts.
Silence
Reject
Either pick up the handset or press the speaker key to take the
call. Tapping the Answer soft key will invoke the speaker if the
handset is on the phone.
If you wish to forward the incoming call to another phone tap the
Forward soft key. You will then be requested to enter the
number to which you want the call to be transferred. You may
use any short code you've attributed to a number on the portal
