Repeat the previous three steps for the
4
other rail (4.18) and rail mounting bracket
(4.20).
Use a 10mm wrench to loosen the
5
hex head bolts (4.21). Lay a level or
straight edge across the top of the table
at the rear of the rail (4.18), so it extends
across the top of the rail as well. Make
sure the rail is flush with the top of the
router table. Also make sure the rear
edge of the rail is flush with the rear
edge of the router table. Then use a
10mm wrench to tighten the hex head
bolt (4.21) closest to the front of the rail.
Repeat this process at the back of the
rail. Recheck both ends, then tighten the
hex head bolt (4.21) in the center of the
rail.
Repeat the previous step for the other
6
rail attached to the other rail
mounting bracket.
The lock knobs (3.22) in the underside
7
of each rail are used to secure the rail
rulers (3.19). To adjust the rulers, loosen
the lock knobs, move the rulers, and
retighten the lock knobs.
