Assembling the 32" x 24" Phenolic Router Table
Requires:
32" x 24" Phenolic Router Table and Hardware
Phillips Screwdriver
Thread ten hex nuts (2.2) all the way

onto ten flat head Phillips screws (2.3).
Place the phenolic router table (2.1)

upside down on a flat surface and
thread the flat head Phillips screws (2.3)
into the holes around the insert opening
in the table until they extend about ¼"
below the table's top surface. These
screws will support and level the router
lift relative to the table top. The 2 holes
in the center of the short ends of the
opening (indicated by the red arrows) do
not receive leveling screws, since they
will be used later to attach the router lift
to the router table.
Finger tighten the hex nuts up against

the bottom of the table. You will adjust
the screws and fully tighten the hex
nuts later, after you install and level your
router lift.
