Installing the 32" x 24" Cast Iron Router Table
Requires:
Assembled Cast Iron Table
Remaining Hardware from Floor Stand for Router Tables Hardware Pack
THIS PROCEDURE REQUIRES TWO PEOPLE. THE CAST IRON TABLE IS HEAVY
AND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGE IF DROPPED.
With the help of another person, set

the assembled 32" x 24" cast iron table
on top of the assembled floor stand.
Position the table so the six threaded
holes in the underside of the table line
up with six of the elongated holes in the
top of the floor stand.
Insert a socket head cap screw (L) up

through a lock washer (U) and a washer
(K), then up through an elongated hole in
the floor stand and into a threaded hole
in the underside of the cast iron table.
Repeat this process for the remaining
five threaded holes in the cast iron table.
Then use a 5mm hex wrench to tighten
the screws.

You will have 8 extra M6 socket head cap screws (L), M6 lock washers (U), and M6 washers
(K). These are only used to attach the phenolic table to the floor stand, so they can be
discarded.
