computer
Notes
•You cannot install the USB driver if a "Memory
Stick" is not in your camcorder.
Be sure to insert a "Memory Stick" into your
camcorder before installing the USB driver.
•The USB driver has been registered incorrectly
as your computer was connected to your
camcorder before installation of the USB driver
was completed. Re-install the USB driver
following the procedure below.
Image data cannot be transferred by
the USB connection
The USB driver has been registered incorrectly as
your computer was connected to your camcorder
before installation of the USB driver was
completed. Perform the following procedure to
correctly install the USB driver.
Step 1 Uninstall the incorrect USB
driver
1 Turn on the power and allow Windows to
load.
2 Connect the USB jack on your computer to the
USB jack on your camcorder using the USB
cable supplied with your camcorder.
3 Insert a "Memory Stick" into your camcorder,
connect the AC power adapter, and set the
POWER switch to MEMORY.
4 Open your computer's "Device Manager."
Windows 2000 Professional:
Open "My Computer" t "Control Panel" t
"Hardware" tab, and click the "Device
Manager" button.
Other OS:
Select "My Computer" t "Control Panel" t
"System,", and click "Device Manager".
5 Select "Other devices".
Select the device prefixed with the "?" mark
and delete.
Ex: (?)Sony Handycam
6 Turn the power OFF (CHARGE), and then
disconnect the USB cable.
7 Reboot your computer.

Opmerking
•U kunt het USB stuurprogramma niet
installeren zolang er geen "Memory Stick" in
uw camcorder aanwezig is.
Plaats eerst een "Memory Stick" in uw
camcorder alvorens u het USB stuurprogramma
gaat installeren.
•Het USB stuurprogramma kan niet juist
geregistreerd zijn als uw computer werd
aangesloten op de camcorder voordat de
installatie van het USB stuurprogramma was
voltooid. Om het USB stuurprogramma naar
behoren te installeren, volgt u de aanwijzingen
hieronder.
Het overnemen van beeldgegevens
via de USB-aansluiting werk niet
Wellicht is het USB stuurprogramma niet juist
geregistreerd, omdat uw computer werd
aangesloten op de camcorder voordat de
installatie van het USB stuurprogramma was
voltooid. Volg de onderstaande aanwijzingen om
het USB stuurprogramma naar behoren te
installeren.
Stap 1 - Verwijderen van een onjuist
USB besturingsprogramma
1 Schakel uw computer in zodat Windows
gestart wordt.
2 Verbind de USB-aansluitbus van uw
computer met de USB-aansluitbus van uw
camcorder met behulp van de USB-kabel die
bij uw camcorder is bijgeleverd.
3 Plaats een "Memory Stick" in uw camcorder,
sluit de netspanningsadapter aan en zet de
POWER schakelaar in de "MEMORY" stand.
4 Open het "Apparaatbeheer" venster van uw
computer.
Windows 2000 Professional:
Open "Deze Computer" t
"Configuratiescherm" t "Hardware" tab en
klik op de "Apparaatbeheer" knop.
Ander besturingssysteem:
Stel in op "Deze Computer" t
"Configuratiescherm" t "Systeem" en klik
op "Apparaatbeheer".
5 Stel in op "Andere apparatuur".
Stel in op het apparaat met een "?"
vraagteken er voor en verwijder dit apparaat.
Bijv.: (?) Sony Handycam
6 Zet de camcorder op "OFF (CHARGE)" en
maak de USB-kabel los.
7 Start uw computer opnieuw op.
