Inserting a scene from
a VCR – Insert Editing
– DCR-PC9E only
You can insert a new scene from a VCR onto
your originally recorded tape by specifying the
insert start and end points. Use the Remote
Commander for this operation. Connections are
the same as on page 115 or 117.
Insert a cassette containing the desired scene to
insert into the VCR.

[A]: A tape that contains the scene to be
superimposed
[B]: A tape before editing
[C]: A tape after editing
(1) Set the POWER switch to VCR.
(2) On the VCR, locate just before the insert start
point [a], then set the VCR to the playback
pause mode.
(3) On your camcorder, locate the insert end
point [c] by pressing m or M. Then set it
to the playback pause mode.
(4) Press ZERO SET MEMORY on the Remote
Commander. The ZERO SET MEMORY
indicator flashes and the end point of the
insert is stored in memory.
(5) On your camcorder, locate the insert start
point [b] by pressing m. Press FN and select
REC CTRL in PAGE3. Press REC PAUSE.
(6) First press X on the VCR, and after a few
seconds press REC START on your camcorder
to start inserting the new scene.
Inserting automatically stops near the zero
point on the tape counter. Your camcorder
automatically returns to the recording stop
mode.

Op een videocassette die reeds opnamen bevat kunt
u nieuw beeldmateriaal vanaf een videorecorder
inlassen door het gewenste opname-beginpunt en
opname-eindpunt in te voeren.
Gebruik hiervoor de afstandsbediening. De
aansluitingen zijn dezelfde als gemaakt op blz. 115
of 117.
Plaats de videocassette met de in te lassen beelden in
de weergave-videorecorder.

[B]: Uw te monteren videoband vóór het inlassen
[C]: De uiteindelijke videoproductie na
inlasmontage
(1) Zet de POWER schakelaar van uw camcorder in
de "VCR" stand.
(2) Zoek op de aangesloten videorecorder het
beginpunt [a] op waarvandaan u de opnamen
wilt overnemen en zet de videorecorder iets vóór
dat punt met de X pauzetoets in de weergave-
pauzestand.
(3) Zoek op de cassette in uw camcorder met de m
of M snelspoeltoets het montage-eindpunt [c]
op, tot waar u de nieuwe opnamen wilt
inmonteren. Druk daar op de X pauzetoets om
ook de camcorder in de weergave-pauzestand te
zetten.
(4) Druk op de ZERO SET MEMORY toets van de
afstandsbediening. De aanduiding "ZERO SET
MEMORY" knippert en het eindpunt voor het
inlassen wordt in het geheugen vastgelegd.
(5) Ga bij de camcorder met de m terugspoeltoets
terug naar het montage-beginpunt [b] waar u de
nieuwe opnamen wilt inlassen. Druk daar op de
FN toets en stel in op de REC CTRL toets op het
PAGE3 bedieningsscherm. Druk op de REC
PAUSE toets.
(6) Druk nu eerst op de X pauzetoets van de
videorecorder en na enkele seconden ook op de
REC START toets van uw camcorder om het
inlassen van de nieuwe opnamen te starten.
Het inlassen van de nieuwe videobeelden
begint, om automatisch te stoppen wanneer de
bandteller het nulpunt bereikt. Uw camcorder
keert dan automatisch terug in de
opnamestopstand.
