Prerequisites

1 Remove the base cover.
2 Remove the battery.
3 Remove the memory
4 Remove the wireless
5 Remove the solid-state
6 Follow the procedure from step 1 to step 4 in
7 Remove the audio daughter-board.
8 Remove the speakers.
9 Remove the coin-cell
10 Remove the touchpad.
11 Remove the rear-I/O
12 Remove the display assembly.
13 Remove the computer
14 Remove the heat-sink
15 Remove the right power-adapter
16 Remove the system board.
17 Remove the left power-adapter
18 Remove the keyboard.
19 Remove the macro keys.

Procedure

After performing the steps in the pre-requisites, we are left with the palm-rest assembly.
