Operating the baking oven 5.3.1 Burning in the bottom of the cooking zone Heat the baking oven to full load during the initial commissioning in order to eliminate unpleasant smells. Smoke can develop when particles are incinerated on the heat zone or in the cooking zone of the baking oven.
