Selecting a Scan Job

This scanner's scan methods include the "job function", which executes scanning by operation panel operation.

About the Job Function

The job function selects and executes jobs (favorites) that have been
registered with CaptureOnTouch by pressing the Job key on the
operation panel.
Job registration stores scanning conditions such as image file format,
save destination and image processing settings for each job to be
used with the Job Function.

Executing Jobs (with USB connection)

Press the Job key on the operation panel.
The jobs registered on the computer connected via USB are
displayed.

Press the ▲▼ keys to select the job.

Press Start.
Scanning starts.
Executing Jobs (with LAN connection)

Press the Job key on the operation panel.
The PC selection screen appears.

Press the ▲▼ keys to select a computer for connection.
The jobs registered on the selected computer are displayed.
IMPORTANT
If CaptureOnTouch is not running on the connected computer,
the jobs are not displayed.
