Place the documents in the scanner after inserting the
patchcode sheet in front of the page that separates the
files.
Insert the
patchcode sheets
at the beginning of
documents to
change file
separation.
IMPORTANT
Because patchcodes can only be detected on the front side, load
the documents with the patchcode side up.

Open the scanner driver settings screen and select
[Patchcode] in [Batch Separation] on the [Others] tab.
