3.2 Startup
• Remove the device and the accessories
from the packaging.
• Always place the device on a sturdy and flat
surface.
• Prior to the initial startup it is essential that
you follow the safety instructions in chapter
1.6.
• Always have one backup external bacterial
filter ready, since it is absolutely necessary
for safe operation (does not apply for dis-
posable secretion canister system).

3.2.1 Connecting the ASSKEA reusable secretion canister system

1. Screw the lid of the reusable secretion canister sufficiently tight and attach the
canister to the device.
