Compression Knobs set incorrectly.
Improper cleaning of the Release
Sheet and/or Groovy Belt Wrap.
Roller Tensioner out of position.
Temperature set too high.
Bun adjustment controls set incor-
rectly.
Groovy Belt Wraps worn and not
permitting belt to pull buns across
Platen in required time.
Groovy Belt not tacky.
Buns sticking on Release Sheet.
Groovy Belt installed incorrectly.
Defective Drive Chain or loose
sprocket.
Defective Drive Motor or wrong RPM
Drive Motor.
Defective temperature display control
Temperature set too low.
Compression Knobs set incorrectly.
Platen Thermocouple is defective.
Defective Control Board.
Drive motor.
Teflon bearings.
Ball bearings.
RAPID TOASTER VCT-250
Set the Bun Thickness Compression
Controls to "D & 5" (for Mfg# 9210600, 602,
604, 618, 620, & 622). For Mfg# 9210609
to 9210612, set the controls to "B & 3." See
Figures 2A and 2B.
Follow the cleaning and/or replacement
instructions on the current MRC Card (TS
019) and immediately clean the "APSC"
off with a clean, dry towel dampened with
sanitizer solutions.
Adjust or replace Roller Tensioner according
to the instructions in the Maintenance section
of this manual.
Note: Replace damaged Roller
Tensioners.
Reset Platen temperature to 560° F (293° C).
Set bun adjustment controls according to the
instructions in the Operations section of this
manual.
Clean or replace Groovy Belt Wrap.
Clean or replace Release Sheet.
Re-install Groovy Belt according to the
instructions in the Maintenance section of
this manual.
Contact your maintenance person or
Authorized Service Agency.
Reset platen temperature to
Set the Bun Thickness Compression
Controls to "D & 5" (for Mfg# 9210600, 602,
604, 618, 620, & 622). For Mfg# 9210609
to 9210612, set the controls to "B & 3." See
Figures 2A and 2B.
Contact your maintenance person or
Authorized Service Agency.
If noise is identified as coming from the
motor, replace it.
Replace Teflon bearings.
Replace ball bearings.
