The coupler must be threaded onto the NPT threaded pipe a minimum of four (4) complete turns. ➌ Once the ECM-3763Q has been firmly threaded to the 2” NPT threaded pipe, use a screwdriver to tighten the Phillips set screw on the threaded Quad Mount Set Screw coupler. -

ECM-3763Q Inserting the Hex Head Bolts Locate the two (2) upper mounting holes located on the back of the elliptical tilt mount. Attach two (2) M6 x 12mm hex head bolts and two M6 Lock (2) M6 split fl at washers. -

Install the mount according to the instructions provided by Premier Mounts. Ensure all structural reinforcements have been made before attaching the fl at panel to the ECM-3763Q. Do not release the fl at panel until the mounting bracket arms are fully resting on the elliptical mounting bar. -

ECM-3763Q Attaching Decorative Covers first Step 1 When attaching the decorative covers, verify Mounting the direction of the covers. The smaller Bracket mounting hole should be in position above the larger mounting hole. M6 x 25mm Pan Combo ➊ Insert and tighten an M6 x 25mm Pan Combo Screw screw in the larger mounting hole of each mounting bracket arm. Decorative ➋ Place the first decorative cover over the first Cover mounting bracket arm and push firmly into place. ➌ Repeat Step 1 for the next decorative cover. Step 2 ➊ Align the mounting holes. ➋ On each decorative cover, insert and tighten an M4 x 8mm Pan Combo screw in the smaller mounting hole. The decorative covers should easily go over the M6 x 25mm Pan Combo screws. ➌ Repeat the Attaching Decorative Covers instructions to attach decorative covers to the next flat-panel. -

What Premier Mounts Will Do At the sole option of Premier Mounts, Premier Mounts will repair or replace any product or product part that is defective. If Premier Mounts chooses to replace a defective product or part, a replacement product or part will be shipped to you at no charge, but you must pay any labor costs.
