If you value the privacy of your calls, most of the phones support attaching a physical

headset for your convenience. Please consult with the phone's manual if you wish to do

4.2.1

First start and logging in

When you start your application for the first time, you should see the Log In screen as on
figure 4.1
As you can see, your administrator should have setup your instance of KSpanel with your
login details during the installation, so your only action is to click on the Log In button, or
check the Log In automatically on startup checkbox, so your KSPanel logs you in every time
you start it.
If the administrator did not change the initial password for your account, application
will ask you to change it. It is a simple enough process which asks you to provide the new
password twice, and confirm it with a click of a button.
If for some reason you do not see the application on your computer, or the login details

are not supplied, please contact your IT administrator.
Depending on the license assigned to your application, you could log in to your extension
using the standard or pro edition of the KSPanel, or if the license supports it you could switch
from standard to pro edition or vice versa, within the application.
