Transferring calls

Although the key systems environment offers a specific work logic in regards to the inbound
calls, other scenarios definitely might benefit from call transfer feature.
Essentially, when talking with someone, whether that is an outbound call or a call to
another extension on the system, you can transfer the call away from your extension and
connect the call to another extension, or even a remote number.
Transferring a call can be done by following these steps:
While on the call, press the Transfer button on your phone,
dial the number to which you want to transfer the call,
press the Transfer button again.
The system will do the rest, and connect the two numbers together.
