TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
No water
delivery.
Low or irregular
pressure
The burner does
not turn on.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Water filter blocked.
Pump valves jammed.
Clogged lance nozzle.
Insufficient water supply.
Pump taking in air.
Detergent valve sucking in
air.
Water filter dirty.
Worn out gaskets or valve
components.
Exceeding the inlet water
temperature.
Damaged or warn out
nozzle components.
Coil is covered in limescale. Contact Clarke Service
Dirty burner nozzle.
Faulty thermostat.
Broken/blocked actuated
valve.
Dirty fuel filter.
Insufficient spark at the
electrodes.
Worn out pump mechanism. Contact Clarke Service
Low voltage.
SOLUTION
See "Cleaning the water filter"
on page 12.
