Remove the front bumper opening cover. Refer to
Front Bumper Impact Bar Lower Bracket Screw (Qty: 3)

Tighten
8 N·m (71 lb in)
Front Bumper Impact Bar Lower Bracket

Procedure
Lift up the front of the lower bracket enough to release the front guide tab from the front fascia.
