Step 1: Position Bed Box and Right and Left Side Boards Bed Bottom in your room with the bot- tom of the bed closest to the wall the bed is to be installed against. Step 4: Attach the lower end of the LIFT PISTON (skinnier end) onto the LOWER ANCHOR PLATE on both sides of the bed box by positioning the sock- et end of the piston directly over the anchor ball on the anchor plates and pushing them on. The piston socket should snap into place over the anchor ball.

Step 7: With the bed still laying face down the Headboard can be installed. HAVE SOME- ONE HELP WITH THIS STEP. Slide the Headboard between the Side Boards and under the Connecting Bolts then slide the Cam Fittings into the Connecting Bolts and tighten the Cam fittings.

Step 11: Locate the Stretcher Board and slide it between the Side Boards at the bottom of the Wallbed. In- sert the Connecting Bolts into the Cam fittings and tighten them by turning the cam clockwise. Do this procedure by hand DO NOT USE A POWER SCREW DRIVER.

Step 13: Place the Bridge Board on top of the Wall Bed and position it so the front of the Bridge is flush with the front of the Side Boards. Step 14: From the back of the Wall Bed attach the Bridge to the Side Boards using three (on each side) 1 1/2”...

Studs in your wall Step 16: Locate the studs in your wall with a stud finder, then mark them lightly with a pencil just above the Anchor Board located at the back of the Bridge Board. (see illustration 8) You should find at least 3 studs for anchoring the bed to the wall.

Placing upper bunk in place NOTE: EXTREMELY HEAVY LIFTING! 5 PEOPLE WILL BE REQUIRED Step 19: Placing the upper bunk in place will require at least 5 lifting persons. Arrange 2 people on the left and 2 on the right and one person in front to prevent the upper bunk from tipping forward during the lifting...
