Printer overview
Turn off the printer power.
Press the top cover open spanner in the
direction of arrow a, and uplift the top
cover module in the direction of arrow b.
①—Top cover open spanner
②—Top cover module
Wipe off the surface of print head with
cotton dipped with alcohol.
①—Surface of lower print head
②—Lower platen roller
Note: The printer may not have lower print
head according to different configuration.
Wipe off the surface of print head with
cotton dipped with alcohol.

②—Upper platen roller
Note: The printer may not have upper print
