Running a Mold Diagnostics Test

CAUTION!
Risk of damage to the equipment — Do not rely on the possibility of a ground in the
mold cables. Using a length of suitable wire, attach the mold to the mold ground
connector on the mainframe.

Output Power Limit — This is a link to the quick set screen to allow the user to set an
Output Power Limit if desired.
Sensor — If the zones and thermocouples are not correctly connected (zone 1 to
thermocouple 1), the box to the right of the Sensor button will become active (not
greyed out). Touch the Rewire box to correctly connect the zone to its thermocouple.
Before connecting any power to the controller or the mold, clean the mold and its
surroundings.
For safety, verify the controller and mold share the same ground.
Check the mold wiring to verify there are no bare wires, frayed ends or cut insulation.
If thermocouple and power cables are present, connect them from the controller to the
mold.
Connect the Neo5 to the main input power and turn it ON via the main disconnect.
Log in and load a mold setup.
