Follow these same instructions carefully using the RH
belt.
When all the operations have been completed for both the
LH and RH belts, the carrycot is ready to be used.
WARNING! Check that the carrycot is firmly fastened to
the car seat before setting off.
HOW TO POSITION YOUR BABY
35-Open the lap belt (Diag. 35).
36-Lay the baby gently inside the carrycot (Diag. 36)
37-Thread the right belt strap over the baby's waist and
then the left belt strap (Diag. 37)
38-Fasten the two end flaps together so it fits snugly
around the baby's waist, making sure it is not too tight
(Diag. 38).
It is highly recommended to use the lap belt even when
not travelling by car.
REMOVING THE BABY FROM THE CARRYCOT
39-Open the carrycot lap belt (Diag. 39).
REMOVING THE CARRYCOT FROM CAR SEAT BELTS
Follow the instructions below for both sides of the carry-
cot:
40- Pull buckle clasp device outwards and push the buckle
upwards (Diag. 40)
41- Release the clasp from the ring (Diag. 41) and unthread
the buckle from the carrycot to remove the car seat belt.
The buckle remains attached to the car safety belt.
42-43 To remove the buckle from the car safety belt, loos-
en the belt slot (Diag. 42) and rotate the red bar outwards
to remove it (Diag. 43).
It is recommended to remove the Car Kit buckles to avoid
compromising the correct action of the car seat belt when
the carrycot is not being used.
WARNING! Never allow passengers to use the car seat
belt without removing the CAR KIT buckle: this could be
hazardous!

CLEANING THE PRODUCT

Use a soft damp cloth to clean the belt and buckles. Never
use abrasive detergents or solvents.
WARNING! Check all parts of the carrycot and CAR KIT for
any signs of wear or damage on a regular basis.
WARNINGS: PLEASE READ BEFORE TRAVELLING
• These instructions should be carefully stored in a safe
place where they can easily be consulted.
• The product must be fitted exactly as described in the
instructions provided.
• Never use this product in a car that is only equipped with
a 2-point safety belt.
• Only use this product on seats which are fastened to the
car chassis and facing the front of the vehicle.
• The carrycot must be attached to the car seat belts using
the CAR KIT buckles on both sides.
• Never use folding, reclining or rotating car seats without
fastening them securely and make sure no objects are car-
ried in the car without being secured in place, especially
on the rear shelf of the car: in the event of an accident or
sudden braking, they may hit and injure passengers.
• Install the product so that a loose seat or car door cannot
interfere with it. Check that no parts of the product can
get caught up in the door or rub against anything that is
sharp.
• Always check that the vehicle seat belt is tightened cor-
rectly, it is not twisted or in an incorrect position.
• Do not use the product if any parts are broken or miss-
ing.
• Never place any objects (cushions, covers, etc.) between
the car seat and the carrycot, or between the carrycot and
the child.
• Never use additional or replacement mattresses when
travelling by car.
• Never place heavy objects on top of the product.
• Check that no small objects are left inside the carrycot
which the baby could get hold of and swallow which can
cause suffocation risks.
• Always ensure that all passengers in the car wear safety
belts for their own safety and also because they could in-
jure the baby during the trip.
• Keep the plastic bags out of children's reach to prevent
the risk of suffocation.
• Check the product regularly for signs of wear and damage
and to ensure that it is assembled correctly. Should any
part be damaged, do not use the product and keep it out
of reach of children.
• When the carrycot is not being used to carry the baby, it
should be left secured to the car seat, or stowed away in
the car boot.
