Horizontal Adjustment of the Tool Head

Radial Adjustment of the Tool Head

Operation Instructions for TCX575 Tire Changer
1. Lower the automatic lever of the tool head to access the adjustment
screws on the side.
2. Use the side adjustment screws to set the tool head perfectly horizontal
in relation to the rim.
3. The tool head should be touching the rim at the points shown below:

4. Tighten the side adjustment screws, but not completely.
1. Release the tool head, then reposition it on the rim and lock it in place
with the head position lock.
2. Adjust the two front adjustment screws and set the tool head so the left
side is touching the rim and the right side is flush with the edge of the
rim.
