Service Related User Operations

To View Currently Installed Options

• Press System(7).
• Press System Configuration.
• Press Options.
• Press Show Options.
A list of the currently installed options is displayed.

To View the Current Firmware Revision, Etc.

• Press System(7).
• Press Service Diagnostics.
• Press System Information.
The System Information screen includes the following information:
❏ Model Number = instrument model number
❏ Serial Number = instrument serial number
❏ Firmware Release = version of installed firmware
❏ Network Identity = computer name and current IP address
❏ RF Serial Number = serial number of RF PCA (A4)
❏ SB Serial Number = serial number of System Board PCA (A5)
❏ FP Serial Number = serial number of Front Panel PCA (A3)
❏UserData Erased = the most recent date and time User Data Erase performed

To View the Error Log

• Press System(7).
• Press Service Diagnostics.
• Press Error Log.
