Is the printer connection set to "ON"?
Yes
Is a message printed when the [PRINT] key
is pressed with the received message list
displayed?
Or is the result of the RX Test printed when
"[MENU] -> Service -> Test" is executed?
No
In case of NX-700A:
Is the printer power of +5.2 VDC supplied
between J4-#1-6 and #7-12 for printer
power supply (08P3226)?
Yes
Replace the printer.
Check it in the following setting.

[MENU] -> NAVTEX -> Mask Mode -> Manual
･Ver-01.02
[MENU] -> NAVTEX -> Receiver Mode -> Manual

In case of NX-700B:
Is the result of Loop-back Test of the
printer of the Factory Test OK?
Yes
1. Check the cable between NX-7001 and NX-700B
2. Failure of the CPU board

Configure the setting as follows.
NX-700A:
[MENU] -> System -> Printer -> NX-700A
NX-700B:
[MENU] -> System -> Printer -> Upright/Inverted
Configure the printing setting of the received
message as follows.
- Ver-02.01
Setting of "[MENU] -> NAVTEX
-> Printer Mask"
- Ver-01.02
Setting of "[MENU] -> NAVTEX
-> Auto Print"
To execute the Loop-back Test:
1. Short-circuit between J403-#4 and #5 on
NX-7001.
No
2. Turn the power on with the [+] and [-]
keys held down.
3. Execute the Loop-back Test.
