Parking mode and monitoring of the on-board
network voltage
The dashcam has a parking mode function. Using this function involves
connection of the dashcam to the constant power supply.
To enable, select the needed time duration in the item of the same name
in the dashcam settings.
In case the dashcam does not detect vibrations or other displacements
in space for several minutes, the device will enter the parking mode. In
this mode, recording will be performed at a normal frame rate during
the time specified in the parking mode settings. Following which the
dashcam will shut down.
In addition, the power supply unit, delivered with the device, has the
function of monitoring the voltage of the on-board network. If the voltage
in the on-board network drops below the 11.7 V level, the power supply
unit will no longer supply voltage to the dashcam. With this connection
your car battery remains under protection and is always ready to start
the engine, which is particularly relevant in the cold season.
