5.1.4 Edit a Contact Directory Entry
1. Press MENU in idle mode to enter the main menu.
2. Press or to scroll to Directories, and then press OK.
3. Press or to scroll to Contact Directory, and then press Select.
4. Use the dialing keys to enter the first name (or the last name, depending
on current setting) to search or press
and then press Options.
5. Press or to scroll to Edit Contact.
6. Use the dialing keys to edit the first name, and then press
7. Use the dialing keys to edit the last name, and then press
8. Use the dialing keys to edit the office number, and then press
9. Use the dialing keys to edit the mobile number, and then press
10. Use the dialing keys to edit the other number, and then press
11. Press or to toggle the ringtones.
12. Press Save to confirm.
5.1.5 Delete a Contact Directory Entry
1. Press MENU in idle mode to enter the main menu.
2. Press or to scroll to Directories, and then press OK.
3. Press or to scroll to Contact Directory, and then press Select.
4. Use the dialing keys to enter the first name (or the last name, depending
on current setting) to search or press
and then press Options.
5. Press or to scroll to Delete Contact.
6. Press Select. The screen displays Delete?.
7. Press OK to confirm.
5.1.6 Sort the Contact Directory by First Name or Last Name
1. Press MENU in idle mode to enter the main menu.
2. Press or to scroll to Directories, and then press OK.
3. Press or to scroll to Contact Directory, and then press Select.
4. When an entry appears, press Options.
5. Press or to scroll to Sort by.
6. Press Select, and the
