When an unknown unicast, multicast, broadcast MAC is received, the frame can be
encapsulated with a specific backbone MAC address. However, this address can not
be multicast or broadcast address. Because of this limitation, a PBB network can
not have more than three BEBs contain the same I-SID.
All interfaces contained in this domain are treated as Customer Network Ports
(CNP). Each CNP can provide the following services:
 Port based services:
All received frames are mapped to I-SID. All tags are saved in the frame.
 S-Tag Service:
The incoming frame with the set S tag is mapped to the I-SID, and the S tag in
the frame is saved. Multiple tags can be mapped to the same I-SID.
 C-Tag Service:
The incoming frame with the set C tag is mapped to the I-SID, and the C tag in
the frame is saved. Multiple tags can be mapped to the same I-SID.

3.1.2.15.3. B-domain

The B-domain is similar to the B-component described in IEEE 802.1ah. This
domain faces the backbone network and learns and transfers PBB frames. When a
PBB frame has a known I-SID by this switch, it is decapsulated and forwarded to
the corresponding I-domain. A B-tag is assigned to this domain.
All interfaces contained in this domain are treated as provider network ports (PNP).
For all interfaces in the B-domain, the MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) must be
set 22 bytes larger than the MTU of the I-domain interface.

3.1.2.15.4. Traffic Engineering

Traffic engineering enables traffic engineering mode to provide more predictable
network traffic. There is no loop prevention in the traffic engineering environment.
Instead, this function discards all non-unicast and unknown unicast frames on the
