Tests

The machine must be checked by an expert in accordance with the „Guidelines for Liquid
Spray Appliances" if necessary, but at least every 12 months in order to guarantee a safe
operation.
The safety check of the spray gun TCA has to be carried out as follows:
Separate spray lance from spray gun. Loose spray lance screwings. Dismount control lever
with spring device from the spray gun.
Machine must be ready for operation. Set ON-OFF switch to „1".
The results of these tests must be recorded in writing.

10. Prevention of accidents

The machine has been designed as to exclude accidents if operated properly. The „Guide-
lines for Liquid Spray Appliances" should be observed.

11. Safety, Quality

The manufacturer will only be responsible for effects on safety, reliability and performance of
the machine if the machine is operated in accordance with the operating instructions.
These operating instructions have to be made available to the operator..
Take pistol grip in one hand,
use the other hand for actuat-
ing the switch bolts of the two
integrated switches individu-
ally in succession by means
of a thin bar. Prevent the
machine from starting when
doing this. Check whether
the machine starts in com-
pliance with the regulations
when both bolts are actuated
simultaneously.
In case the machine starts
when only one bolt is actu-
ated, the spray gun has to be
replaced immediately.
