Working pressure and flow rate may be infinitely adjusted by actuating the knob.
Replacement, repair, resetting and sealing may only be carried out by qualified
personnel.
3.2.7 Injector
The injector creates a low pressure causing the chemical to be delivered to the spray gun
when the working pressure is reduced by actuating the turning knob on the Duplex spray
lance.
3.2.8 ON-OFF/Protective motor switch
The motor is protected against overload by a protective motor switch. In case of overload,
the protective motor switch cuts out the motor.
Replacement and inspection works may only be carried by qualified personnel
and with the machine disconnected from the electrical supply, i.e. with the unit un-
plugged from the socket.
3.2.9 TCA Receiver
The receiver is located in the control panel of the machine. It controls the signals transmitted
from the spray gun and releases the switching process of the machine control system. With
the TCA variant it controls the switching on and off process of the machine.
3.2.10 Pressure switch MP
The MP variant is equipped with two identical pressure switches, one of which switches off
the machine when closing the spray gun and when having an inadmissibly high working
pressure, thus assuming the safety function of a pressure control device.
The second pressure switch switches on the machine upon opening of the spray gun, after
the pressure has fallen to approx. 20 bar. The switching pressure may not be adjusted on
the pressure switches.
The pressure switches are safety devices. Replacement and repair works may only
be carried out by qualified personel.
3.2.11 Control electronics MP, Variostop system
The MP variant is equipped with an electrical P.C. board by means of which the machine is
switched on and off when opening and closing the spray gun.
The electronic switching off control „Variostop" permits the setting of the cutoff-time-delay up
to maximum 60 seconds.
The setting of time may only be carried out by qualified personnel and with the ma-
chine unplugged from the socket.
3.2.12 Filter
The filter incorporated on the water supply protects the pump against dirt particles. The filter
on the chemical suction hose prevents the injector from getting blocked.
