Maintenance

For maintenance works turn off the machine and unplug the unit from the mains
supply. Beware of hot parts, you may severely burn yourself!
7.1

High pressure pump

Change the pump lubricating oil at intervals of approx. 200 working hours, but at least after
3 months. For this purpose use only branded lubricating oil SAE 90. For oil changes the oil
drain plug must be unscrewed and the oil must be drained. Then replace oil drain plug and
refill through the oil funnel up to the upper mark of the oil dipstick.
Properly dispose of the drained oil.
Between oil changes regularly check the oil level.It must be in between the marks on the
dipstick. Fill up oil, if necessary.
7.2

Filter

At regular intervals check water filter on the water supply hose and filter on the chemical
suction hose for contamination and clean, if dirt particles have deposited on the filter surface.
7.3

Further maintenance works

Further maintenance works, replacement of spare parts and trouble shooting may
only be carried out by qualified personnel and with the unit unplugged from the
mains supply.
