Unable To Unlock
FdU
If the machine cannot be unlocked
after 5 attempts, this error will display.
Unable To Lock The Door
F13
If the machine cannot lock the door,
after 5 attempts, this error will display.
Water Level Sensor Failure
F23
If it is detected L0 and L1 in the same
state, the error is displayed.
Overflow
After the water level sensor detects
the water level exceeds 280mm within
the drum, the drain pump turns on for
F24
30 seconds. If overflow is detected 4
times within the washing stage, this
error code will display.
MCU Heat Sink Temperature is too
F31
High
If the motor control box heat sink
temperature is too high, this error will
appear on the display.
The machine detects clothes loaded
rL
inside the drum during "Clean Washer"
program.
Motor Bus Voltage Is High
F43
MCU detects that the voltage supplied
into the motor is too high, this causes
the MCU to shut down and eventually
display this error.
CCU cannot detect the UI Board
F70
If the UI Board does receive a response
from the CCU within 35 seconds, this
error code will be displayed.
1. Check the wiring harness between the door
lock and the CCU.
2. Check the door lock.

sensor wiring harness connector.

ensure that it is not blocked.

between the drain pump, water level switch
and the CCU.

4. Check whether the inlet valve is closing
properly.

and the CCU.

Check whether there is really a piece of
clothing inside the machine, if so, remove it
and then press "Start" to continue the "Clean
Washer" program.

power outlet.
