Keep a minimum 6-inch clearance around the vent termination to surrounding. This includes the bottom
side of termination as well.
If the top of the shroud is enclosed, keep a maximum of 10 inches clear from the top of the termination
to the shroud ceiling.

For openings in the shroud, make sure to allow
for enough air flow space to release the
exhaust gases and allow the vent to operate
properly.
The center of the openings must be aligned to
the center of the termination cap as displaced
in "X" and "Y".
