When your workout is finished, or stop is pressed, a Summary screen will be

Max Speed – The highest speed achieved during the workout.

G. Avg. Heart Rate - The average of heart rate readouts throughout the
workout.
H. % Max Heart Rate - This is the percentage of your suggested max HR
(220 - age).

Elevation +/- – The number of feet or meters climbed and descended
during the workout.
Step Count – The total number of steps taken during the workout.
