COMMAND BRIEF DESCRIPTION
READ ION GAUGE Get the degas status of the
DEGAS STATUS ion gauge module.
ON:
OFF:
Message Length: 5 bytes
TURN ION GAUGE Turn on the ion gauge
DEGAS ON degas
Message Length: 5 bytes
TURN ION GAUGE Turn off the ion gauge
DEGAS OFF degas
Message Length: 5 bytes
READ ION GAUGE Get the ion gauge control
CONTROL STATUS status. These are the
semaphores that
communicate status and
errors in two bytes.
Message Length: 6 bytes
SET FACTORY Set the unit back to the
DEFAULTS factory defaults.
