COMMAND BRIEF DESCRIPTION
READ ALL Read the current pressure for
PRESSURES IG, CG1, and CG2. The
returned values are in
floating point.
Message Length: 17 bytes
READ CG Read the current pressure for
PRESSURES CG1 and CG2. The returned
values are in floating point.
Message Length: 13 bytes
READ IG PRESSURE Read the current pressure for
ONLY the IG. The returned value is
in floating point.
Message Length: 9 bytes
READ CG1 Read the current pressure for
PRESSURE ONLY the CG1. The returned value
is in floating point.
Message Length: 9 bytes
READ CG2 Read the current pressure for
PRESSURE ONLY the CG2. The returned value
is in floating point.
Message Length: 9 bytes
READ ION GAUGE Determine if the ion gauge is
STATUS on or off.
Message Length: 5 bytes
TURN ON THE ION Turn ON the ion gauge
GAUGE module.
