RGT dollhouse kit and found pieces missing or damaged, we will be happy to replace those parts at no cost to you. There is no need
to return the kit. Simply do a complete inventory of your parts first and then fill out the Parts Request Form below.
You can then mail, email (info@realgoodtoys.com) or call (1-802-479-2217) to request your missing/damaged parts.
In order to ensure you receive the correct piece(s), please be sure to quote directly from your instruction's parts list. Filling out the
Parts Request form prior to calling will help us get the correct information efficiently. We will need the kit/model number, the part's
number & description, quantity of missing/damaged item(s), plus all dimensions/details listed.
