Application of the Diagnosis Main and Main 2 Registers

The 266CRH / 266CRT, 266CSH / 266CST has two 'Diagnosis'
(Diagnosis Main and Main 2). The Diagnosis Main register
(Address 411, 412) each containing 16 bits.
The Diagnosis Main 2 register (Address 413) containing 16 bits.
Each bit represents an error.
The registers are structured as follows:

= true (1) = false (0)

The bit position is assigned to the errors in accordance with the
'Bit' column in the table Diagnosis codes.
The following assignment applies to the example in Figure 3:
