MAINTENANCE

The air hose reel is low maintenance and contains little parts that need maintenance in-a subject
the operator.
The elimination of defects does your dealer
Keep the hose clean and free of dirt to ensure a smooth operation of the plant.
Clean the surface of the guide rollers of accumulated debris.
Regularly check the air fittings for looseness, leaks, cracks or damage.
Occasionally check the mounting hardware for looseness or damage.
The usage of certain solutions containing ingredients damaging metal surfaces as well
as the use of scrubbing agents will damage the machine surface!
Clean the machine surface with a wet cloth soaked in a mild detergent
16.1 Adjusting the spring force
If the retracting mechanism does not function anymore:
Happens often when the hose is unrolled for a long time and the spring is therefore constantly
under tension. After a certain time the spring tension decreases.
To readjust the spring tension remove first the case cover. Fix the head of the spring, pull the
spring a bit out, turn the spring 1-2 revolutions to increase the tension and lay it in again.
Remount the cover.
ATTENTION! Spring is pretensioned and can jumpt out!

 Roll up hose evenly
 Adjust hose stop in the
correct position
 Roll up hose evenly slowly
 See Assembly
 Lead to lock tube slowly
 Replace locking unit
 Replace hose
 Fix or replace hose clamp
 Replace rotating body seal
