OPERATION

Machine to be operated in a perfect state only. Inspect the device visually every time it is to be
used. Check in particular the safety equipment, electrical controls, electric cables and screwed
connection for damage and if tightened properly. Replace any damaged parts before operating
the device.
 If the hose is rolled out into full length, don't pull further, as this could tear the
hose and result in injuries because of a swirling end piece.
 Before rolling up disconnect with the compressed air supply
 If the hose is released during the roll up the hose may end up uncontrollable
and therefore could harm other people, devices or properties. Never release the
hose when rolling up. Always make sure to control the end piece while rolling
up.
 Turn off the air supply during adjustment, maintenance, repair-work or
cleaning. Disconnect the hose from the air supply!
 The retract spring should not be kept under tension unnecessarily. Letting the
hose lying on the floor exposes it unnecessarily to damage.
 Long exposition of the hose to sunlight or high temperature will affect the
flexibility and durability of the hose.
 The same applies to long exposition to very cold temperatures.
 Do not expose the hose to aggressive chemicals.
15.1 Rolling out/ pulling the hose
Remove hose to the desired length and can withdraw slowly clicks into place.
If the hose reel does not lock the same again go out and leave to withdraw slowly.
Repeat the process locked in the desired position until the hose reel.
15.2 Rolling in / collect the hose
Further off hose is released to lock. Then slowly move the hose to the take-up reel.
Turn off the compressed air supply before attempting to roll in the hose.
15.3 Adjust the hose stop
The solid fixed length of hose with hose coupling can be set indefinitely.
 Loosen the two cap screws on the hose-stop carefully.
 Pull the hose out of the guide and slide the hose-stop to the desired length.
 Screw the two cylinder screws again
15.4 Air connection
To connect a device place the union joint into the coupling. The sleeve will go to starting position
automatically. To disconnect pull the sleeve backwards and remove the hose.
