Replacement/Repair
Perform the following adjustment or function check after
board replacement/repair for a unit.

1-11-1. BRC-300/300P

CC-91 Board
After replacing or repairing the CC-91 board, perform the
BRC-300/300P video output system adjustment (Section 3-
3).
SY-314 Board
After replacing this board or MPU (IC1019)
1. Write the firmware (Section 1-6-2).
2. Perform the BRC-300/300P video output system
adjustment (Section 3-3).
After replacing the EEPROM (IC1008)
1. Perform steps 7 to 9 in Section 1-6-2 to initialize the
EEPROM.
2. Perform the BRC-300/300P video output system
adjustment (Section 3-3).
After repairing this board (except EEPROM/MPU
replacement)
Perform the BRC-300/300P video output system adjust-
ment (Section 3-3).
Boards in Camera Block
(CD-389S, CN-2680, DD-208, IF-110, or VC-343
board)
After replacing or repairing one of these boards, adjust it in
the following order.
1. Perform the BRC-300/300P camera block electrical
alignment. (Section 3-2)
2. Perform the BRC-300/300P video output system
adjustment (Section 3-3).

BRU-300/300P

Prism Assembly or Video Lens
After replacing the prism assembly or video lens, adjust it
in the following order.
1. Perform the BRC-300/300P camera block electrical
alignment (Section 3-2).
2. Perform the BRC-300/300P video output system
adjustment (Section 3-3).

MC-66 Board
After replacing the board or the MPU (IC3518)
1. Write the firmware (Section 1-6-3).
2. Perform the BRU-300/300P electrical alignment
(Section 3-4).
After replacing the EEPROM (IC3501)
1. Perform steps 7 to 9 in Section 1-6-3 to initialize the
EEPROM.
2. Perform the BRU-300/300P electrical alignment
(Section 3-4).
After repairing the board (except EEPROM/MPU
replacement)
Perform the BRU-300/300P electrical alignment (Section
3-4).

MD-131 Board
After replacing the board or MPU (IC5004)
Write the firmware (Section 1-6-4).

AN-22 Board
After repairing the AN-22 board, perform the BRBK-301
electrical alignment (Section 3-5).
