pins 1 to 4 on the
SY board ?
Yes
Are the fuses F1501
to F1504 normal on the
SY board ?
Yes
Does +3.3 V exist
in pin 4 of IC1501
on the SY board ?
Yes
Is the 25 MHz
signal input to pins
96, 97 of IC1019
on the SY board ?
Yes
Is the pin 107
level of IC1019
set to "H" on the
SY board ?
Yes
SY board failure
(IC1019 or the peripheral
circuit)
Replace the defective
parts or the SY board.

Connect the AC adapter,
and supply AC power.

Check whether +12 V is
output from the adapter's
DC IN jack. Replace the
AC adapter if necessary.
One of the following is
defective.
. DC IN jack
. Harness between DC

Check above in order from
the top to identify the
defective part.
Replace the fuses F1501
