solution
verify that the network settings on the SP400X match
the settings of your wireless network access point.
These settings must include the eSSID, security mode
(WPA-PSK, WEP or none) and network key. If the
problem persists, contact your network administrator.

verify that your network has a DHCP server. If the
network does not have a DHCP server, you must
configure the SP400X for static IP addressing (see
"sET UP THE WIRElEss
NETWORk" in the "Advanced
use" section). verify that the server addresses are set
