  • Page 15 Function: Turn on/off the backlight compensation feature. A sharp contrast of brightness and darkness may arise when a bright backlight is present. This usually leads to a vague dark or even silhouetted image of a subject under surveillance. Under such circumstances, the backlight compensation can be used to achieve a suitable exposure level so as to get a clear view of the subject.
