Check the access point settings—ensure that the security setting allows third-party or non-Cisco
devices to associate and authenticate on the network. (See "Setting up my HP iPAQ Pocket PC
WLAN connection with an authentication protocol." At step 6, highlight the appropriate access
point and tap Properties.)
If a Cisco LEAP access point is being used and the WLAN connection does not work, check to
make sure of the following:
The latest version of Vx-Works operating system or IOS is installed on the access points
The latest version of ACS is installed on the server
