16 Installation

HD Camera Connection

Connects the HD camera to the camera jack of the codec unit with the supplied camera connection cable(RJ-45[with power] to D-sub Cable)
as shown in the following illustrations.

NOTE
• After connection is completed, adjust the angle of the camera to suit your view.
• Do not Connect HDMI Out Cable to Camera HDMI Input Port.
• It is recommended to use the camera with the 1280 x 720p60 mode.
• Do not connect Camera Connection Cable (RJ-45[with power] to D-Sub Cable) to other device's LAN Jack. (e.g. Note book LAN Jack)
• After connecing the Camera Connection Cable properly, turn on the Codec Box. Otherwise the VCS may cause malfunction.
• Do not hold the camera forced for a long time. Install the camera in a place with sufficient not to interrupt the rotation. This may cause
product to breakdown or power may turn OFF automatically.
