7.3 EMC overall performance
EMC Emissions
The SINAMICS G120 drives have been tested in accordance with the emission requirements
of the category C2 (domestic) environment.

Note
To achieve this performance the default switching frequency should not be exceeded. The
PM230 complies with the above mentioned EMC emission requirements, only at the default
settings of the Power Module.
The limits will not be met if the drive is not installed in accordance with good EMC practices.

The harmonic current emissions from the SINAMICS PM230 is as follows:
