Opening and closing the inlet valve Y1

With this function the inlet valve Y1 of the units PH15A, PH27A and PH28A can be opened and
closed for testing.
Note: the valve Y1 can only be opened and closed, if the safety switch and the leakage sensor are
in operating status "Closed" (see chapter 2.3.4 and 2.3.5).

closed for testing.
