Power Input Ignition Sense Ground The ReliaGATE 10-20 comes with a flying lead cable that meets all product specifications to properly mate to the power connector, both mechanically and electrically (610129-00013). Note: 1. Any ReliaGATE 10-20 that is Rev A or lower, will not have the same power connector pinout. -

USB 2.0 host interface. The ReliaGATE 10-20 provides two USB 2.0 host ports on the front panel. These ports come with two 4-40 threaded holes spaced 0.75 inches (19mm) above and below for use with a screw lock style plug. -

Rear Panel Interfaces Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11) and Bluetooth The ReliaGATE 10-20 includes a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module (AEH-AR9462-LC) which requires an external antenna. The SMA connector for the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth external antenna is located on the rear panel. Connect an external antenna to the "WIFI" SMA connector for the frequency ranges your application will use 2.4GHz and/or 5GHz. -

ReliaCELL 10-20 Port The ReliaGATE 10-20 includes a docking bay for the ReliaCELL 10-20, a family of cellular modem modules that are certified for networks, technologies, and carriers around the world. Secure the ReliaCELL 10-20 to the bay on ReliaGATE 10-20 as described in the Mechanical section of this manual. -

Connector If your model of the ReliaGATE 10-20 includes an on-board cellular modem, you may need to insert a SIM card from your cellular service provider into this slot. Insert the SIM until it clicks into the socket. Press on the SIM a second time to eject it. -

Real Time Clock (RTC) The ReliaGATE 10-20 uses the DS1338U-3+ real-time clock chip to maintain the system date and time when the system is powered down. The operating system typically reads the RTC on boot and wakeup, and sets the RTC when the system time or date is changed. -

The following mechanical drawing specifies the dimensions of the ReliaGATE 10-20 enclosure. Dimensions are in inches [millimeters]. If ever the ReliaGATE 10-20 malfunctions or needs parts to be replaced, the unit must be returned to the factory for repair. There are no operator access areas provided on this unit. -

Mounting the ReliaGATE 10-20 The ReliaGATE 10-20 base plate is designed to accept #10 or M5 hardware. Bolts should be pre-screwed into the mounting surface; the ReliaGATE attached via the keyhole slots and then the bolts tightened. A hex head or socket cap type of bolt/screw is recommended. -

Alternatively, the data is provided through an Input-API event interface (typically /dev/input/event2). Flash Memory The ReliaGATE 10-20 comes with a 4 to 64GB of internal flash (eMMC) memory. The debug switch determines whether the system will boot from eMMC or from an SD card. -
