6. In the GDU page group, go to the GIA RS-232/ARINC 429 CONFIG page.
7. With PFD1 selected in the SELECT UNIT window, verify the following indicators are
green checks:
•
ARINC 429 IN1 (GSU75 #1)
•
ARINC 429 IN2 (GDC72 #1)

8. With MFD selected in the SELECT UNIT window, verify the following indicators are
green checks:
•
ARINC 429 IN1 (GSU75 #1)
•
ARINC 429 IN2 (GDC72 #1)
(Ref. Section 5.1.1.1.)
9. Restart the G1000 in normal mode.
